Five scopes. For each one, here is what it covers and what to send us so we can price it.

  • Concrete Flatwork

    Slabs, sidewalks, patios and walkways. Formed, poured and finished.

    Send us for pricing

    Square footage, plus the thickness and finish called out on the plans.

  • Driveways

    Driveways in poured concrete or interlocking pavers, on a base built for vehicle weight.

    Send us for pricing

    Square footage, and whether it is concrete or pavers.

  • Pavements

    Walkways, paths and open paved areas that carry foot and vehicle traffic.

    Send us for pricing

    The area, and whether it takes foot traffic, vehicles or both.

  • Paver Installation

    Interlocking pavers set over a compacted base for patios, walkways and driveways.

    Square footage, plus the paver and pattern if they are specified.

  • Hardscape

    Patios, walkways, steps, borders and edging, bid together as one hardscape package.

Are you licensed and bonded, with workers' comp?

Yes. C D Pavers & Concrete Corporation holds California CSLB license #1161881, classification C-8 Concrete. The CSLB record lists a $25,000 contractor's bond with American Contractors Indemnity Company and workers' compensation with Hartford Casualty Insurance Company. The license expiration date on the record is 09/30/2028. You can verify it on the CSLB website.

  • Plans

    The sheets that show our part of the work: site plan, flatwork or hardscape sheets, and details.

  • Scope

    The items you need priced, and anything you are leaving out. A scope sheet or a plain list works.

  • Square footage

    Areas for each surface, or dimensions we can take off the plans.

  • Site access

    How we get in: gates, where a concrete truck can reach, and where we can stage material.

  • Schedule window

    When the site will be ready for our work, and when you need our part done.
